Join me for a beautiful class that starts off slow (really slow) and low (on the floor) and then will flow as we wake up our bodies from head to toe. The class will incorporate stretching, mobilization, and gentle, fluid movements that will warm you up. Class will run approximately 75 minutes.
Note: this isn’t yoga, pilates, or dance. It’s something you’ve never experienced before!
Bring: yoga mat, flat, unlooped resistance band (if you have), water bottle
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold.
A note on accessibility: This class is located on the second level of the building. There are approximately 12 stairs to access the studio and no elevator.
