What if I miss my appointment?
If you miss an appointment or do not provide notice 24 hours before your appointment, full payment for the service booked is required.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the case you are not able to make your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice via text/email or by cancelling your appointment in Jane. Every effort is made to fill your appointment; if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand and it cannot be filled, full payment is required.
What if I’m ill?
If you are ill or beginning to feel ill, please cancel your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and you are not well, we reserve to right to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Thank you for keeping our space and other clients illness free.
What if I’m late?
If you are running late, please let us know. If you are more than 20 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. The full booking fee is still applicable.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, all therapists are accepting new clients.
Andrea has a 3-6 month waitlist for new clients.
Do you direct bill?
Elementum does not direct bill.
How can I pay?
Accepted forms of payment: e-transfer, credit card, debit.
If you choose to pay with e-transfer, please set up info@elementum.ca as a payee prior to attending your appointment.
A credit card is required to book your appointment but it is not charged at the time of booking.
What about tipping?
Tipping is always appreciated, but never expected. All clients receive the same fair and equal treatment regardless of whether or not they tip.
