The class will incorporate stretching, mobilization, and fluid movements that will warm you up and make your body feel amazing. This is Andrea’s signature class that has been developed over years of movement studies and combines elements of pilates, dance, and therapeutic movement.

Location: Mill Creek Ravine - 74 avenue and 91 street. Exact location instructions will be emailed to you.
In the case of inclement weather, this class will be taught on Zoom.

Note: Participants should be able to bend, squat, move from laying down to seated without assistance. This isn’t yoga, pilates, or dance. It’s something you’ve never experienced before.

Bring: yoga mat or blanket, water bottle

Wear: mask, clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down), dress in layers. You may wish to wear shoes throughout, thick socks, or gloves/toques.

Covid 19 rules: please wear a mask when arriving and until you are on your mat. Continual mask wearing throughout the class is suggested. No hands on adjustments or supports will be provided. Mats will be placed 2m away from participants.

This event may be photographed or recorded for promotional use on websites and social media.

Cost: Pay what you can (suggested: $18)
