Nightmoves is a wind down class that combines movement, stretching, breathing, self massage, and chill vibes to help you tune in and turn off. Created by Andrea Y in the weird times of COVID-19, this class encourages you to make space for yourself so you can find peace and rest as you transition to bed time. This is a beautiful class that encourages you to show up for yourself or with those you are living with.

Length: this class runs approximately 45 minutes
Prepare: yoga mat, light blanket, small pillow, water or tea
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down) and layers if you tend to get warm or cold.
Cost: Pay what you can - suggested donation $10/class
