Welcome back to class! We’re switching slow + low up just a little bit for this 6 week session! This class will incorporate stretching, mobilization, and fluid movements that will warm you up and make your body feel amazing but we’re adding in more pilates and strength based movement to bring the fire.
Accessibility: this class involves bending, squatting, and moving from laying down to seated to standing. We will also be kneeling and on all 4’s. The pace is slow to mid tempo.
Where: Zoom, a link will be sent to you 1 hour before class starts
Set up: yoga mat, small pillows, resistance band or towel, water/drink of choice
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down)
Cost: suggested price is $18 - this class is pay what you can to make movement accessible to as many people as possible.
