A little bit of everything to keep your body and brain happy and moving! These classes will all allow you to try out a bunch of different classes, learn more about your body, and ask questions.
March 31: The Low Down: Pelvic Floor
Butt clenchers, bladder holders, tight hips… we’re talking about it all. We’ll discuss anatomy, function, and how to help create a flexible pelvic floor so you can move with ease. Part discussion/part movement.
April 7: Intro to Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR)
Whether you've done YBR or want to learn more about it, join us to review the fundamentals of the work so you can know how to roll and take care of issues when they arise. And no, this is not the same as foam rolling ;) the Yamuna Balls are available for purchase through Andrea - you are welcome to attend even if you do not own a set. Part discussion/part movement.
April 21: The BEST of Slow + Low
Missing the juicy movements of our signature class? We’ve put all your favourite mobilizations and stretches together to make your body feel amazing. We’ll be exclusively working from the floor. All movement.
Where: Zoom, a link will be sent to you 1 hour before class starts
When: Wednesdays at 7pm classes will run approximately 60-75 minutes
On Demand: Yes! You can sign up for this class on demand. For this term, everyone who registers will receive a recording of the class that can be accessed for up to 7 days afterwards!
Set up: yoga mat, and props you need to sit comfortably
Wear: clothes you can bend and stretch in (pants that won’t slide down)
Cost: we’re happy to offer a sliding scale option, the suggested price per class is $15-$25. Please pay the amount that works for you.
